2/2/2022 When we began our search with Beth, my wife and I had been very discouraged by the current market conditions and thought that we would just not be able to find a house that would fit our needs/wants. Beth encouraged us to not give up, she also explained the strategy she prepared for us. Once she started showing us houses she understood what we needed so well that she was able to look at a house and know it would not be the right fit for us even when we were caught in the moment. When we found the home for us there was mutual excitement. It was refreshing to see she really cared about my wife and I. We were not use to the professionalism and guidance that Beth provided to us. 1/7/2022 Beth was awesome to work with, we were buying our dream home in Colorado while living in Florida! It takes a special agent to get a transaction done long distance and Beth was great! 8/6/2020 I have worked with Beth twice now. The first time was as a buyer and the second time was as a seller. She was wonderful to work with on both occasions. She is very knowledgeable and willing to put in the extra work to make things happen. If I had to pick one quality about her which stood out to me, it is her ability and willingness to communicate all relevant information during the buying or selling process. 12/15/2018 Our search for a house or vacant lot in Buena Vista began as an exploratory endeavor in November 2017. Beth was well aware that we were looking casually and in no rush. Nonetheless, Beth checked in by email regularly and sent listings for properties she thought would be of interest. A year later, we made an offer on a vacant lot that involved an easement agreement that needed to be executed by the seller and adjoining landowners prior to closing. This delayed closing by two months. There was a lot of back and forth to make this happen and even though this was a small deal for her, she treated our transaction as if it were a priority. We would not hesitate to recommend Beth and the team at Collegiate Peaks Realty to others looking to buy in the area. Beth Lockett Never Gave Up!

I started looking 7 years ago for a house, starting in Montana, then Wy, and ending up evaluating towns and areas all over Colorado. My search was based on top fly fishing towns/areas along with a community I wanted to live in. Three (3) years ago, I discovered the Buena Vista and Salida areas. I googled realtors in this area. Coldwell Banker came up so I called the agency and chose to work with Beth. I didn't want to put all my eggs in one basket so I had a tight budget. It didn't matter to Beth if I was spending over a million dollars or $600,000. I still got great service. I had used other realtors in Wy. and Co. that just didn't show me enthusiasm or being active. Beth, was a go getter, which was what I was looking for. We communicated together well. During the 3 years, I lost 4 houses because I was outbid. About a year went by as Beth kept emailing me houses that were listed. I heard from her unexpectedly that she had found The house and property I had been looking for! She was exactly right because she took the time to learn my tastes and preferences. I found a ranch style house with views and with some land. I jumped on the house. Beth helped me in every step of the way from making the offer to closing. We closed last week! I'm glad I chose Beth and the Coldwell Banker team! They were great to work with and Beth never gave up!

Beth Lockett was awesome!! We had been looking for land in the area for 2 years then decided to look at houses. Beth has been patient, professional and fun throughout the entire process.
